Jess Whicker

Jess loves to help people explore and discover the joys of yoga with mindful and organic movement through creative and dynamic sequences. Her alignment-based classes help cultivate an awareness of core strength and overall stability, while fostering space for freedom of expression through movement. 

 

Rebecca Gentner

Rebecca's classes stand firmly balanced between western anatomy/physiology and eastern philosophy, creating a space that is adaptable and challenging enough to encourage every body to move and sweat. In her classes, prepare for engaged bodywork layered  over mindful breath work.

Joanna Merrill

Joanna aims to bring positivity and calm to each class she teaches. Her training is rooted in a Power Vinyasa style, and she believes each practice is a learning experience both for teacher and student. Walk out of her class with a morsel of wisdom to take yoga off the mat and into the world.

 

Paige Kyle

Paige’s classes offer a consistent blend of breath work, flexibility, strength, and balance. She loves finding music that supports the rhythm and experience of your flow. Each class you will explore different ways to think about how you can engage your breath and body, playfully and confidently.

 

Lilly Roche

Lilly offers you a space to come back to your body and breath. In a world that moves fast, she helps you find your anchoring through the movement. Her style is grounded in Hatha/Tantric Vinyasa flow. She aims to meet each person where they are at in their practice to leave you feeling energetic and fulfilled.

 

Jenny O’Leary

With a playful and compassionate mix of mindfulness and intensity, Jenny’s classes strive to meet all of your needs no matter what kind of day you’ve had.  Keeping emotional and physical safety at the forefront of her cues, Jenny encourages you to expand your ideas about what your mind, body, and soul are capable of.  Her gentle guidance will lead you towards a powerful sense of inner and outer strength!

 

Stacey Ford

Stacey’s barre style is influenced by several decades of classical Ballet training and teaching for a precise and methodical yet adaptable class. She focuses on posture and alignment while targeting specific muscle groups to lengthen, strengthen, build, and burn. Come to class and feel Stacey’s positivity and excitement. See you at the Barre.

Hannah Skiba

Hannah has a drive for fitness and loves a powerful flow. Her training is rooted in Ashtanga and Vinyasa allowing her to push you to your edge and encourage fun inversions, strength building, and challenging postures. Expect to leave her class with a smile and some new jams for your yoga playlist.

Kaitlyn VanderMeer

Kaitlyn is one of our most versatile instructors having expanded her training into several different areas. You will find her Barre style to be similar to the Lotte Berk method after completing certifications through Barre Above and Barre Guild Academy. Her yoga and ACE group fitness trainings have given her the ability to bring you a strong power Vinyasa as well as a challenging fitness class. Portraying a soft and sweet demeanor you may be in for a surprise with the sweat session you will work up.

 

Stephanie Guyor

Steph integrates pilates principles of control, breath, and flow into her high-intensity, low-impact, interval training workouts. Her classes incorporate movements that center the core, while additionally targeting the arms, shoulders, back, legs, and glutes. In a class with Steph, you will be sure to sweat, smile, and sing along to her upbeat playlists!

 

Charlotte Billingsley

Charlotte brings her love for cycling to the studio with high energy classes that will make you sweat! Her upbeat playlists help every rider find power, speed, and confidence with each pedal stroke. From Novice to Expert, there is room for everyone to have fun, feel good, and increase fitness.

 

Niki Sirotti

Niki takes a mindful and intentional approach to fitness by placing heavy focus on mind-body connection. Her classes are Vinyasa-style yoga flows that get your body moving and your mind still, while focusing on alignment and maintaining a breath and movement connection throughout your practice. You’ll leave her class feeling rejuvenated in both body and mind

 

Emma Shansky

Emma’s classes are inspired by her years of passion and dedication to dance and fitness training. She loves to blend different methods together for a challenging and mindful workout! Students will learn Yoga, Pilates, Bowspring Method, Animal Flow, and playful natural movement patterns to improve mobility.

 

Alicia Nieboer

Alicia’s passion for yoga is influenced by Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Katonah yoga, as well as seasonal wellness.  You can expect a new monthly playlist to set the tone that will help you enhance your conversation with your body.  Prioritizing pranayama, Alicia seeks to bring an experience that yields grace for effort.

Carly Schilling

Carly utilizes her love of dance and fitness to bring some spice to her Barre sequences. With a background in all types of dance, but an affinity for hip-hop, she loves to pair her classes with upbeat music and cardio burn. Carly crushes the myth that barre won’t make you sweat!

 

Briana Asmus

Briana loves a well-balanced class that connects mind and body. A certified pilates teacher and professionally trained dancer (ballet and hip-hop), Briana loves long lines, a strong core, and energetic, full-body movement. After taking her class, you will stand a little taller and be ready to take on whatever the world throws your way.

 

Taya Kamradt

Taya’s focus is connecting mind, body, and breath through fluid movement to playlists that are sure to get you in the flow. Incorporating functional movement into vinyasa sequences, her classes will help you explore your strength and mobility. She loves a comfy savasana, so bring a favorite sweater, blanket, or other comfort item for a restorative end to practice!

 

Jeremy Blair

Jeremy empowers students with knowledge distilled from ancient yoga philosophy and modern somatic systems. He promotes a safe practice space with Iyengar-based alignment and vivid imagery to help students integrate yoga theory and practice. His mission is to provide holistic mind-body-spirit experiences and equitable access to movement for all bodies.

 

Samantha Brandon

Samantha’s spin classes are designed to not only torch calories but also improve cardio, endurance, and functional fitness. Get ready to pedal to the beat with dynamic and music-driven spin sessions.

 
 

Sarah Wirth

Sarah is a certified Reiki Master whose training lineage can be traced back to Usui Sensei. She leads reiki assisted guided meditation classes and offers individual client sessions at the studio. She has a passion for energy work and hopes that you’ll leave her classes and sessions feeling relaxed and refreshed.

 

Devon Yeider

Devon offers you a space to breathe, move, and sweat. With a practice firmly rooted in Power Yoga, expect an emphasis on deep, fluid breathing and the chance to challenge yourself through vigorous Asanas and vinyasa flows.
